My bbm is sad

I'm sad, my friends are sad, my "bbm" is sad. A dear one had to leave. Everyone is praying for (her and) her family. We forget how short life is only to be reminded when we lose someone. A very sad part for me is that life has to go on.‎
Death can come anytime and anywhere. It respects nobody. It refuses to discriminate. Cares not about age, sex, race, financial status, academic prowess, spirituality or our plans for tomorrow. I do not wish to die anytime soon neither do I want to mourn but we have no control over death, when it's time, it's time. We should be ready. In the midst of mourning, knowing the departed is in a better place gives peace and consolation.‎
Be at peace with all. Refuse to hold grudges. Settle disputes quickly. Let go of the hurt. Have issues with someone? Say it and get over it. Don't like something? Deal or live with it. Be nice, it could be your last kind act to someone. Give your loved ones something good to say when you're not here. Don't just say you love, show it. Be happy, share your happiness. Be thankful and content. Be a friend, encourage. Surround yourself with people who love you. Never convince/force anyone to love you. Don't settle. Know what you want and go for it. Refuse to be discouraged. Know what's right and do it. Work hard, "treat" yourself. Don't let your challenges stop you from helping anyone you can. Don't say yes when all you want to say is no. Sponsor or adopt a child. Start, join or support an N.G.O. Show love to the less privileged. Anyone has, knows or wants to join an N.G.O. that caters to children and women?  There is always something we can do and nothing is too small. The good news is helping, with no expectations, gives us fulfilment and satisfaction(feelings we can not buy).
The morale of my epistle is that we need to see life differently. Don't take life too seriously, nobody gets out alive(yes, rapture is an exception). While making plans for the future or maybe just tomorrow(which we should), remember no one is promised tomorrow. Something, someone, everything, everyone may not be here tomorrow or in an hour. The only time you have to make good memories is now. Remember YOLO! Rest in Peace Ayodeji Olaide Rasheeda Olanrewaju, Alhaji M, Vera, Tayo Oladele, Timothy and everyone we've lost. Thanks for reading and the positive response. I'm encouraged, bless your hearts.‎
N.B. Please say a prayer for singer Kefee and Prof. Dora Akunyili.

I refuse to be biased and judgemental. I look at issues from both sides of the coin, form my conclusions and allow you do same. Hopefully we can put ourselves straight in love.
